Shipping & Returns
Our UK shipping is sent by UPS next working day* service. Shipping to Northern Ireland currently has a Border Crossing Surcharge*next working day service refers to the time from which we ship the order not from when you placed the order. In addition the courier may have to change the date of delivery due to unforeseen circumstances Some orders may take more than one day to manufacture, especially those that include extended brake hoses, and orders made after 11am may not be shipped until the next working day.
All international shipping is sent either by UPS International or in some cases, depending on destination country DHL. International Shipments up to 30Kg will usually be sent in one parcel.
International orders can take from 3 working days (parts of Europe) to up to 10 working days for countries outside of Europe.
Countries including the EU may have to pay import duties and may have part or all of their consignment delayed by customs. Please check your Track and Trace code regularly you will find a link to the track id in your order information page or in your confirmation of despatch email (check your spam folder for this email)
Countries within the EU may have to pay import duties, administration fees and VAT depending on the value of the order.
Shipping can not take place until your order has been paid for and the order has been manufactured to your specifications.
Xpajun Off-Road will replace any part that is found to be defective on delivery (or installation providing it has been fitted in a manner approved by us).
Please note that the body lift kits and some of our other products are custom made for you, which excludes them from the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (Distance Selling Regulations). With the exception of mega kits which include extended brake hoses, any kit or product ordered and returned as no longer required will be accepted subject to you paying all shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee. Extended brake hoses can not be returned or exchanged unless faulty as these are made specifically for your vehicle at your request.
