All the parts are contained in this kit to raise your truck's body by a nominal 3 inch including a 3 inch transfer lever extension

Warning - Welding Required

The lower linkage of the steering needs to be cut and our spacer welding into place - this should be done by a competent welder.

Alternatively we can offer a service whereby you send us your lower steering linkage and we will return it with the spacer welded in:

Welding Services:
Send with Order: You send us your bottom steering linkage, we modify and weld it and send it to you with your order.

Send After Order: You send your bottom steering linkage when you start on the lift, we modify and weld it and return it to you

Raising your body will enable you to fit bigger diameter tyres allowing you more clearance under the vehicle.

Spacers:

Polystone™ Grade 500, high density polyethylene:
  • Excellent resistance (no attack) to dilute and concentrated Acids, Alcohols and Bases.
  • Good resistance (minor attack) to Aldehydes, Esters, Aliphatic and Aromatic Hydrocarbons, Ketones and Mineral and Vegetable Oils.
  • Maximum Temperature: 248°F 120°C
  • Minimum Temperature: -148°F -100°C
  • Melting Point: 266°F 130°C
  • Tensile Strength: 4550 psi (31.37 N/mm2)
  • Hardness: SD65

Fitting

Refer to the general fitting page, remove the fan/radiator cowling (if fitted) before lifting.

B40 variants of the L200 are fitted with super select transfer boxes, this necessitates alteration of the transfer lever, due to the super select transfer lever operating through about 90º and the 2 wheel drive position of the lever being at 45º.
Remove gear (manual only) and transfer lever, cut a “V” notch, about three quarters of the way through, in the front of them as near to the ball as possible, bend the lever forwards to the most suitable position and then weld into position,

The mini A bar containing the number plate on the front bumper of the Warrior is bolted to the front of the chassis legs these bolts (4 in number) have to be removed before lifting the body (we can make and supply plates to re-affix the mini A bar)
Some other models may also have struts fixed between the front bumper and chassis - again these should be removed before lifting the body.

I've been told that is is not possible/too complicated to do a big body lift on a B40

We have researched the B40 and worked to produce a kit that contains everything needed to lift a B40 by upto 4" - this is it. It has been fitted by us to a B40 so we know it works, there is none of the steering tightness associated with other kits.
